This is my first time writing a blog.well,actually this blog is made for my assignment.
I just made the assignment today since it needs to be done by tomorrow (who doesn't love finishing stuffs at the last second hehe)
Actually,i don't know how to start this.. *sigh*
OHH!i've been longing to make a blog for a looooooooong time ago,but didn't make one because i don't know what to write and pretty lazy to make my brain worked.ha!
at first i wanted to make a fashion blog.yes.it sounds pretty weird after i thought about it (and since i don't have much clothes haha and i didn't have a dslr camera) well,such a crap i use dslr camera as an excuse.but,seriously..i used to have crazy thoughts and ideas about making a fashion blog by reading some famous fashion blogs.
so in my first post,i would like to post something i've been doing recently and enjoyed the most,which is *drum roll* *drum roll* *drum roll*

haha why it sounds very "emak emak"
so it started from youtube.yes,youtube gives sooo much impact for my life.and i know it does for you too ;)
i think i could spend all my day watching youtube like i got no life already *sigh* untill,i found some baker's channel or some home baker's channel.i still remember the first thing i searched "how to" tutorial about cooking was how to make green smoothie hahahahahhahaha!I know it's not even like cooking.BUT!it leads me to watch MORE VIDEOS.
the first food i ever made all by myself was pancake.i think i made these pancakes about 2-3 years ago i guess.and it was a total mess!my pancakes were burnt,and thanks to strawberries and ice cream that covers my burnt pancakes haha.who knows i made a crappy pancake if the strawberries and ice cream covered all the mistakes hehe.
so there was a day,when i got scolded like i think it was the first time my parents scolded me that much.until,the question that my dad asked me striked trough my head "what are you going to do when you've grown up?" i was thinking what i should do since i didn't do anything at that time beside school and i didn't know what my hobby was.so,i was like "dad,how about you buy me an oven?".at first,my dad didn't agree about my idea of buying an oven.
He said "i'll send you to a baking course first and then if you sure that you like baking.then,i will buy one for you."at first,i was like i didn't need a course since there was TONS of baking videos on youtube.but,my parents said it would be better if i take the course first.

my dad and i went to Imperial cooking School which is located in MOI.we applied for my baking course.i chose french basic general patissier course that includes 8 recipes.i went there every saturday.1 day 2 recipes.

So,there's only one meeting left.hiks.and i couldn't go there about 4 times already for some reasons.
and last but not least,thank you for reading my blog.it's pretty fun sharing my thoughts with you.typing whatever things in my mind haha
i would make sure i will post more stuffs in this blog when i'm not feeling lazy (i don't know when it will come hahaha)
